How to activate the Sa nama na putu card using the mobile app?

When you download the Sa nama na putu mobile app, we offer two options on the home screen: “I want a card” and “I have a card”. For purchase, the savings amount to up to 6 dinars per litre for the purchase of fuel and up to 5% of the bill for the purchase of anything from the additional product assortment. It is important to note that no bonus points are earned for purchasing Drive Cafe coffee and hot beverages, gift cards, cigarettes, TAG devices, magazines, daily newspapers, all kinds of recharges, laundry and vacuum cleaner tokens, products under the Spend&Get program. How do I collect bonus points?

Within the program limit, purchase of fuel, goods and services at NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations with Sa nama na putu card earns a certain number of bonus points. At the request of the card owner, the card can be transferred to another user. Ownership transfer involves updating personal information on the card via the Sa nama na putu mobile app, by contacting the official email address info@sanamanaputu.rs, or by calling the Call Center at 08 0000 8888. A user can only have one card.

What needs to be done if a card is lost?

In case of loss or theft of the card, report the missing card to the toll-free Call Centre number 08 0000 8888, after which the card will be blocked to prevent card abuse. You can also block your card by the chatbot service Sa nama na chat-u. The owner of the program is not obliged to issue a new card to the user who has lost his/her card.

Is it possible to recover a lost card and collected bonus points?

If the card has been activated, you can submit a request for the transfer of collected bonus points and level from the lost card by calling the toll-free number of the NIS Call Centre on 08 0000 8888 or by writing to the e-mail address info@sanamanaputu.rs.

What should I do if I find myself in a situation where I cannot spend the bonus points collected from the card when paying?

If your card is not activated, you can only use your bonus points after your card is activated, which you can do online via the Card activation page (activation takes about 15 minutes), by the chatbot service Sa nama na chat-u (activation takes about 15 minutes), or if you have not done so before, by filling out and signing the application form at the petrol station (the card will be active within 7 to 30 days, after the application form has been processed). The third way to activate the card is by calling the toll-free number of the Call Centre: 08 0000 8888. If you cannot spend the bonus points due to technical problems at the petrol station, you are required to pay the receipt by any other means of payment.

How long do bonus points remain valid?

The bonus points must be spent within 3 years from the moment the transaction is recorded on the Sa nama na putu card. If you do not spend these bonus points in that time period, they are written off in favour of the Naftna industrija Srbije j. s. c. Novi Sad. If you do not use your Sa nama na putu card for three years of the last transaction, Naftna industrija Srbije j. s. c. Novi Sad reserves the right to exclude the card from the program.

Can a company have an Sa nama na putu card?

Can a virtual Sa nama na putu card be a payment card?

For all users of the virtual Sa nama na putu card who want to apply for the payment Sa nama na putu card, it is possible to submit a request at petrol stations. The list can be found here: The list of petrol stations.

It is not possible to pay the bill with the Sa nama na putu payment card via the QR code from the Sa nama na putu mobile app. If you apply for a payment card and your request is approved by Our AIK Bank, NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad will issue you a physical Sa nama na putu card, and then transfer the payment part, as well as transfer bonus points and data from your virtual card to the physically issued card.

Is there a chatbot service?

Yes, the chatbot service called “Sa nama na chat-u” can be found on all pages dedicated to the “Sa nama na putu” loyalty program. Chatbot is an online channel for communication with users of the card and/or “Sa nama na putu” application.
