You can get the virtual Sa nama na putu card, completely free of charge, without going to a petrol station, using your mobile phone. You just need to install the Sa nama na putu mobile app and fill in the online registration form. You can download the app from Google Play, App Store or AppGallery. You can collect/use bonus points via the QR code from your Sa nama na putu mobile app.

If you want to have a physically issued Sa nama na putu card, you need to visit any NIS Petrol or Gazprom petrol station, where you can buy a card at a price of 300 dinars, which you can immediately use to collect bonus points. In order to use/spend bonus points, you need to activate the card.

You can do this online – via the Card Activation link, after which the card becomes active within 15 minutes, or by filling in and signing the application form at a petrol station (in this way the card will be activated after processing the application form, i.e. within 7 to 30 days).

How to activate the “Sa nama na putu” card using the mobile app?

When you download the Sa nama na putu mobile app, we offer two options on the home screen: “I want a card” and “I have a card”. Clicking on the “I want a card” field opens a new form for entering personal data, if you do not already have a physically issued card. After entering the data in the registration form, by clicking on the “Finish” field, we assign you the number of your virtual Sa nama na putu card. In order for the process to be completed, it is necessary to enter the code that will be sent to you via SMS in the field provided for entering the activation code. After that, your Sa nama na putu card will be successfully activated. At the same time, you will receive your Sa nama na putu card number via text message.

What benefits do I get by using the “Sa nama na putu” card?

For purchase, the savings amount to up to 5.50 dinars per litre for the purchase of fuel or up to 5% of the bill for the purchase of anything from the additional product assortment. It is important to note that no bonus points are earned for purchasing cigarettes, TAG devices, magazines, daily newspapers, all kinds of recharges, laundry and vacuum cleaner tokens, products under the Spend&Get program and coupon collection programs with which a discount is calculated. How do I collect bonus points?

Within the program limit, purchase of fuel, goods and services at NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations with Sa nama na putu card earns a certain number of bonus points. It is important to note that no bonus points are earned for purchasing cigarettes, TAG devices, magazines, daily newspapers, all kinds of recharges, laundry and vacuum cleaner tokens, products under the Spend&Get program and coupon collection programs with which a discount is calculated.

Can the card be transferred to another person? Can users have multiple cards?

At the cardholder’s request, the card can be transferred to another user. Transfer of ownership requires a change to personal data on the card through My account, by writing to the official e-mail address info@sanamanaputu.rs or by calling the Call Centre number 08 0000 8888. The user is allowed to have only one card.

What needs to be done if a card is lost?

In case of loss or theft of the card, report the missing card to the toll-free Call Centre number 08 0000 8888, after which the card will be blocked to prevent card abuse. The owner of the program is not obliged to issue a new card to the user who has lost his/her card.

Is it possible to recover a lost card and collected bonus points?

If the card has been activated, you can submit a request for the transfer of collected bonus points and level from the lost card by calling the toll-free number of the NIS Call Centre on 08 0000 8888 or by writing to the e-mail address info@sanamanaputu.rs.

Is it possible to hold a virtual card in addition to the physical one?

No, it is not possible since the virtual card is only temporary and intended for the onboarding members of the Sa nama na putu Loyalty Program. The members of the Sa nama na putu Program who have previously activated the Sa nama na putu Loyalty Card on their mobile phone number are not allowed to activate the card using a mobile app.

Can a physically damaged loyalty card be used to collect/redeem bonus points?

You need to download the Sa nama na putu mobile app which will enable you to collect/redeem bonus points using the QR code.

Is it possible to use the QR code from the “Sa nama na putu” mobile app to collect bonus points in the shops of the partners of the "Sa nama na putu" loyalty program?

It is not possible to use the QR code from the mobile app to collect bonus points in the shops of the partners involved in the Sa nama na putu loyalty program.

How can I keep track of how many bonus points I have collected?

All data concerning your card can be tracked through the My account, as well as through the Sa nama na putu mobile app. The number of collected bonus points is also on the non-fiscal receipt, after each realized transaction for users of the physically issued card, as well as in the push notification received after the realized transaction by the user who used QR code to collect/use bonus points.

Is it possible to change your original data?

You can change the data independently through the My Account page and the Sa nama na putu mobile app. It is not possible to change the mobile phone number and email address using the mobile app. You also have two additional options at your disposal. The first is to contact our Call Center at the toll-free number 08 0000 8888, which is available 24 hours a day, and the second option is to send us an email specifying your card number and the information/data you wish to change to one of the following email addresses: info@sanamanaputu.rs or office@nis.rs

What should I do if I find myself in a situation where I cannot spend the bonus points collected from the card when paying?

If your card is not activated, you can only use your bonus points after your card is activated, which you can do online via the Card activation page (activation takes about 15 minutes) or if you have not done so before, by filling out and signing the application form at the petrol station (the card will be active within 7 to 30 days, after the application form has been processed). The third way to activate the card is by calling the toll-free number of the Call Centre: 08 0000 8888. If you cannot spend the bonus points due to technical problems at the petrol station, you are required to pay the receipt by any other means of payment.

How long do bonus points remain valid?

The bonus points must be spent within 3 years from the moment the transaction is recorded on the Sa nama na putu card. If you do not spend these bonus points in that time period, they are written off in favour of the Naftna industrija Srbije j. s. c. Novi Sad. If you do not use your Sa nama na putu card for three years of the last transaction, Naftna industrija Srbije j. s. c. Novi Sad reserves the right to exclude the card from the program.

Can a company have an “Sa nama na putu” card?

Can a virtual “Sa nama na putu” card be a payment card?

It is not possible to pay the bill with the Sa nama na putu payment card via the QR code from the Sa nama na putu mobile app. If you apply for a payment card and your request is approved by Our AIK Bank, NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad will issue you a physical Sa nama na putu card, and then transfer the payment part, as well as transfer bonus points and data from your virtual card to the physically issued card.

What fuels can be paid with a payment card?

You can use the card to pay for all types of fuels, products and services we offer. It is important to remember that you cannot earn bonus points for the purchase of certain products. For example, you can pay for cigarettes with the Sa nama na putu card but you cannot collect bonus points for this purchase.

Can I have a payment card if I am unemployed?

Employment is not a condition for approving the Sa nama na putu payment card application. The basic criterion for approving a payment card is credit history and status according to the credit bureau.

Is the entire amount of debt repaid at once?

You are obliged to settle min. 10% of the total amount spent or a minimum of 1000 RSD if 10% of the total debt is lower than 1000 RSD. We recommend that the spent amount is settled in full as otherwise, interest on the rest of the outstanding debt accrues in the amount of 2.4% per month.

How do I settle my debt?

You can settle the debt for the previous month by the 15th day of the current month, by transferring fund from the bank account to the account stated in the bank account statement. You will receive a bank account statement every month by e-mail. Debt can be settled via e-banking or an m-banking account you hold with your bank; at the post office or bank or by making a payment at any NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol station. It is important to know that the repayment of debt at NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations is possible only in cash (it is not possible to make a payment with payment cards).

Can I settle my account using the QR code from the Sa nama na putu mobile app?

For the time being, it is not possible to settle the debt using the QR code.

Can I buy with a payment card anywhere?

Currently, you can use the payment card exclusively for the purchase of fuel and other products and services at NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations. It is not possible to use the payment card for purchases outside of the NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations or to withdraw cash at ATMs.
